Ergonomics, infection control, selection of armamentarium, preparation of treatment area, principles of cavity preparation, selection of restorative material, proper treatment planning, integration of the basic sciences relative to dental caries, and other conditions requiring restoration are all incorporated in the student's overall learning experience.
